Prior to completing the Application Form you must read the relevant fund Product Disclosure Statement ('PDS') available at www.invesco.com/au or on request from your financial adviser or Invesco. A completed application is an instruction to invest in the Fund(s) identified in the investment details section.

If you are investing through an Investor Directed Portfolio Service such as a master trust, wrap account or platform ('IDPS') you do not need to complete this application form. You should contact your IDPS operator for details on how to apply.

It is essential that you receive the application form and the PDS in Australia. We will not accept an application from a person who we believe received the documents outside of Australia. The offer made in the PDS cannot be offered or sold within the US, sold to, or for the account of or benefit of 'US persons' (as defined in the Regulation S of the US Securities Act 1933).
